“Living Gaia” stands for the promotion of education about the nature and earth related resources of the planet.
The association collects donations to implement sustainable projects in the field of environmental protection and nature conservation and to present them as model projects.
Furthermore, Living Gaia e.V. aims to connect the knowledge and wisdom of the indigenous cultures of the Amazon with the knowledge and wisdom of western cultures. With the long-standing relationship to the indigenous people of the Huni Kuin, successful projects and sub-goals could already be implemented, such as cultural exchange, as well as further education measures (including solar energy).
3) Information on tax concessions
The corporation Living Gaia e.V. (tax number 27/671/56281) is exempt from corporation tax pursuant to Section 5 (1) No. 9 of the Corporation Tax Act and from trade tax pursuant to Section 3 No. 6 of the Trade Tax Act, because it exclusively and directly serves tax-privileged charitable purposes within the meaning of Sections 51 et seqq. AO. The last notice of exemption we received was issued by the Tax Office for Corporations I, Berlin and is valid until July 31, 2024.

7) Information about the source of funds
Donation income amounted to € 357,295.96 in 2021. The amounts of the individual revenue items can be taken from the income statement (can be seen shortly under point 8).
The income amounted to €114’591.75 in 2020. The amounts of the individual income items can be found in the income statement (see item 8: Balance sheet).
Membership fees from individual members amounted to €700.
Donation income from 01/01/2021 to 12/31/2021 amounted to €356,595.96.
